AMG Transcend Association is a non-profit association based in Bucharest, Romania, engaged in scholarly publishing and the dissemination of scientific research.
The Association publishes peer-reviewed open-access journals across interdisciplinary areas of science and supports their editorial and publishing activities through a common framework for editorial independence, peer review, publication ethics, research integrity, transparency, and responsible scholarly communication.
Our Journals
AMG Transcend Association currently publishes four peer-reviewed open-access journals covering complementary interdisciplinary areas of science.
Biointerface Research in Applied Chemistry
An international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal publishing research in biointerface science, applied chemistry, and related interdisciplinary areas where chemical principles, materials, and surfaces interact with biological and bio-relevant environments.
Letters in Applied NanoBioScience
An international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal publishing research in applied nanobioscience, including nanomaterials, nano-formulations, nano-interfaces, and related biological and bio-oriented applications.
Materials International
An international, interdisciplinary, peer-reviewed, open-access journal covering the preparation, characterization, and application of materials, including biomaterials, nanomaterials, composites, ceramics, polymers, metals and alloys, semiconductors, coatings, and other functional and advanced materials.
Foods International
An international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal covering food science and technology, food chemistry and biochemistry, food microbiology and safety, nutrition, functional foods, food processing and preservation, quality and authenticity, sustainable food systems, food policy, sensory science, and emerging food technologies.
Publishing Principles
AMG Transcend Association maintains publisher-level standards intended to support:
- editorial independence;
- transparent and responsible peer review;
- publication ethics and research integrity;
- appropriate management of competing interests;
- responsible authorship and contributorship;
- ethical conduct and reporting of research;
- transparency concerning data and research methods;
- appropriate correction of the scholarly record; and
- open access to published research.
Scientific and editorial decisions concerning individual manuscripts remain within the editorial structure of the relevant journal and must be based on scholarly and editorial considerations.

AMG Transcend Association maintains publisher-level policies establishing common standards across its journal portfolio.
