In order to achieve the declared goal, the association aims to carry out the following activities:<\/p>\n
a) To develop own programs and in partnership with public authorities and private structures in the country and abroad;<\/p>\n
b) To publish their own publications (volumes, magazines, yearbooks, books, leaflets, posters, brochures, software and other informative materials) and to support the publishing and publication of scientific papers;<\/p>\n
c) Organize scientific meetings (symposiums, communications sessions, national and international conferences);<\/p>\n
d) to support the participation of its members in scientific events in the country and abroad;<\/p>\n
e) To support the publication of scientific papers of its members in the country and abroad;<\/p>\n
f) To attract and use, under the law, financial or other resources in the form of donations, subsidies, objects and other contributions in order to achieve the purpose of the Association;<\/p>\n
g) Organization of non-profit economic activities in order to ensure the necessary funds for the activity of the Association;<\/p>\n
h) To support the construction and equipping of laboratories with scientific character in the field of Micro and Nano Materials and Bio-Engineering by absorbing national and international funds;<\/p>\n
i) To award the members according to the scientific contributions brought to the prestige of Romania and the Association;<\/p>\n
j) Establishment of specialization scholarships in own and external laboratories for researchers, specialists in the field, students, master students, doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers granted by the Association. The scholarships will be awarded through a competition based on a Regulation issued by the Association’s Board of Directors;<\/p>\n
k) In the spirit of the statute, the Association carries out other activities based on economic contracts, according to the legislation in force. The association can thus set up production units, commercial, banking, or other services necessary for the purpose and object of the activity, but, in all circumstances, enforcing its nonprofit character;<\/p>\n
l) Initiate, support and sponsor projects of a scientific character;<\/p>\n
m) Organization of training courses, seminars, conferences, public debates;<\/p>\n
n) To provide advice and counseling to interested persons, to elaborate and draw up scientific materials and to disseminate the results, as well as in other fields of general interest concerning the scientific life;<\/p>\n
o) Other activities provided by law, according to the purpose of the Association.<\/p>\n

Pentru realizarea scopului declarat, asocia\u021bia \u00ee\u0219i propune realizarea urm\u0103toarelor activit\u0103\u021bi:<\/p>\n
a) S\u0103 deruleze programe proprii \u0219i \u00een regim de parteneriat cu autorit\u0103\u021bi publice \u0219i structuri private din \u021bar\u0103 \u0219i str\u0103in\u0103tate;<\/p>\n
b) S\u0103 editeze publica\u021bii proprii (volume, reviste, anuare, c\u0103r\u021bi, pliante, afi\u0219e, bro\u0219uri, programe informatice \u0219i alte materiale informative) \u0219i s\u0103 sprijine editarea \u0219i publicarea de lucr\u0103ri \u0219tiin\u021bifice;<\/p>\n
c) S\u0103 organizeze reuniuni cu caracter \u0219tiin\u021bific (simpozioane, sesiuni de comunic\u0103ri, conferin\u021be na\u021bionale \u0219i interna\u021bionale);<\/p>\n
d) S\u0103 sprijine participarea membrilor s\u0103i la manifest\u0103ri \u0219tiin\u021bifice din \u021bar\u0103 \u0219i str\u0103inatate;<\/p>\n
e) S\u0103 sprijine publicarea lucr\u0103rilor \u0219tiin\u021bifice ale membrilor s\u0103i \u00een \u021bar\u0103 \u0219i str\u0103in\u0103tate;<\/p>\n
f) S\u0103 atrag\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 utilizeze, \u00een condi\u021biile legii, resurse financiare ori de alt\u0103 natur\u0103 sub form\u0103 de dona\u021bii, subven\u021bii, obiecte \u0219i alte contribu\u021bii, \u00een vederea realiz\u0103rii scopului Asocia\u021biei;<\/p>\n
g) Organizarea de activit\u0103\u021bi economice non profit pentru asigurarea fondurilor necesare pentru desf\u0103\u0219urarea activit\u0103\u021bii Asocia\u021biei;<\/p>\n
h) S\u0103 sprijine construc\u021bia \u0219i utilarea laboratoarelor cu caracter \u0219tiin\u021bific \u00een domeniul Micro \u0219i Nano Materialelor \u0219i a BioIngineriilor prin absorb\u021bia de fonduri na\u021bionale \u0219i interna\u021bionale;<\/p>\n
i) S\u0103 premieze membrii \u00een func\u021bie de contribu\u021biile \u0219tiin\u021bifice aduse la prestigiul Rom\u00e2niei \u0219i Asocia\u021biei;<\/p>\n
j) Infin\u021barea de burse de specializare \u00een laboratoarele proprii \u0219i externe pentru cercet\u0103tori, speciali\u0219ti \u00een domeniu, studen\u021bi, masteranzi, doctoranzi \u0219i cercet\u0103tori postdoctorali acordate de Asocia\u021bie. Bursele vor fi obtinute prin concurs pe baza unui Regulament elaborat de Colegiul Director al Asocia\u021biei;<\/p>\n
k) In spiritul statutului, Asocia\u021bia desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 \u0219i alte activit\u0103\u021bi bazate pe contracte economice, conform legisla\u021biei \u00een vigoare. Asocia\u021bia poate, astfel, \u00eenfiin\u021ba unit\u0103\u021bi de produc\u021bie, servicii comerciale, bancare sau de alt\u0103 natur\u0103 necesare scopului \u021bi obiectului de activitate, prastr\u00e2ndu-\u0219i, \u00eens\u0103, \u00een toate imprejur\u0103rile, caracterul de organiza\u021bie nonprofit;<\/p>\n
l) S\u0103 ini\u021bieze, s\u0103 sus\u021bin\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 patroneze proiecte cu caracter \u0219tiin\u021bific;<\/p>\n
m) Organizarea de cursuri de preg\u0103tire, seminarii, conferin\u021be, dezbateri publice;<\/p>\n
n) Acordarea de consultan\u021b\u0103 \u0219i consiliere persoanelor interesate, \u00een elaborarea \u0219i redactarea materialelor \u0219tiin\u021bifice \u0219i diseminarea rezultatelor, precum \u0219i \u00een alte domenii de interes general ce privesc via\u021ba \u0219tiin\u021bific\u0103;<\/p>\n
